What are the conditions for making a return?

You have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return. In order for the return to be accepted, the following requirements must be met:

• The product must not have been used.
• The product must be in perfect condition.
• That the product is complete and with all its accessories.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The original packaging must be in perfect condition.
