Where are my PITAS?

You can track your order on the SEUR website.
To access, click HERE.



This screen will appear.


  • In "Shipment Identifier," enter the tracking number we sent you by email (a number beginning with 597).
  • Select "I am the recipient."
  • Enter your "Postcode."
  • Enter the "Mobile number or email" you used for your order.
  • Finally, click on "View details."

If there is an issue with the shipment, you can contact our Customer Service through the Contact Form.
