Once the products have been collected, received and checked in our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products through the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take between 10 and 20 days for the refund to be reflected in your account. You will also receive an email when the refund has been made.
If this period has passed and you have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Service via the Contact Form.
Please note that we have a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the return to process the refund.
In case of return, any discount and/or voucher (reward value) will be lost. Only the amount paid for the item will be refunded, not the discounts obtained with the reward voucher.
