What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we invite you to contact our Customer Service via the Contact Form before returning them.


In any case, you have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your PITAS, to check if they are in perfect condition or if they have visible defects in manufacturing, packaging, accessories, or errors in the size or model.


If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you can request a return from our Returns Centre. In the instructions we will tell you how to proceed.
